We love everything about it. The smell as you walk in the door is a hint of good things to come. The ice cream is the best we have ever had anywhere and the price is very reasonable. Fantastic service, even if you have to wait a moment while they make your order everyone is friendly and you really can't beat the taste. Just the best.

Kind of a hidden gem. Located South of Mammoth Spring on Hwy 63. (It's just outside of town maybe a half mile..well worth the drive) Large variety of flavors, some are always available while others are switched around. These are not brought in off a truck frozen melted and refrozen.... They make them on site. There is also a location in West Plains,Mo... Plus he has a food truck he takes out! Highly recommended... A must do anytime the Grands come in.

They have the best ice cream! I had gone vacation and stopped in the Spring dipper on multiple occasions. And They have even open their doors when their sign said closed if they are inside making ice cream. So far I cannot pick my favorite single ice cream. However I love peanut butter chocolate, peach, choco joy and peanut butter turbo. I can't get enough of their ice cream. Recently I brought my boyfriend to the Spring Dipper and he has exclaimed he can no longer eat or enjoy any ice cream unless it is from Spring Dipper!!!!. I can't wait until they start shipping. You have a special occasion they sell quarts. They even have a ice cream truck they go out and serve ice cream for functions though out the community. Best advice; stop by and try it. You too will love their ice cream.

This place is wonderful. They have a good selection of ice cream to choose from and the man that owns it is wonderful. He opened half an hour early one day so that my family and I could enjoy some ice cream while in town.

This place is amazing! Do yourself a favor and stop here! Highly highly suggest the chocolate cheesecake! My wife got her a banana split. They also have a location in West Plains Missouri!. The hours here are: thursday-sunday noon- to 8pm.

Greatest ice cream within 100 miles!

Home made Ice-cream is delicious in it's self, but Spring Dipper goes beyond with well over 20 different flavors including Blueberry-Cheesecake, Blue Moon and Peanut Butter Turbo. I got a BlueBerry Cheesecake Malt with extra BlueBerries it was really good. It's a locally owned shop that puts a lot care in their Ice-cream. I will be definitely going back.

Mr. Mcneal always put extra chocolate in Bennys cho.choc.chip sundaes and gave him the silver mixing cup, because he knew it made him hyper, and always gave me a hard time over it. Never left his place wanting another bite of icecream! He made sure you got your money's worth!! Love the small town fit in here, you get from spring dipper!!

Everytime I come here i always walk out with a smile on my face, all handmade icecream, and even if you are lactose intolerant you can tear it up. I think some of these flavors need rewards if they don't already have them. If I'm driving 25 miles just for an ice cream cone you know good.
